These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which ITAKA operates, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that location.

10. Payment Terms

All projects require a personalized payment structure agreed upon in the proposal. The standard arrangement is 50% upfront and 50% upon delivery. Payment must be made via direct bank transfer from a verified account before work begins.

• No refunds after work begins
• No split payments except the agreed upon payment plan
• No third-party transfers
• International payments primarily processed through Wise for transparent fees and real exchange rates

11. Project Scope & Changes

Our work focuses on building perception systems and structural design, not template-based pages. Projects are delivered in phases. Changes requested outside the agreed system scope may require additional investment. Phased delivery ensures quality and allows for progress visibility throughout the project.

12. Post-Project Ownership

Upon project completion, clients have two options:

• Full Ownership: Complete transfer of the project to your account. You operate independently going forward.
• Shared Project with Ongoing Support: We maintain the project while providing maintenance, adjustments, design changes, and adaptations at competitive monthly rates.

13. Hosting & Platform

We use modern, high-performance global infrastructure (not WordPress or template systems). Hosting is included during the project at no additional cost. After project completion, ongoing hosting typically costs around $20/month if you take full ownership. Our platform is optimized for speed, reliability, and ease of content management without requiring technical knowledge.

14. Alignment & Engagement

We prioritize quality over volume, taking on few clients at a time. An alignment check is required before any project begins. We work globally with remote delivery. Projects that prioritize speed over clarity or focus on decoration over structure may not be a good fit for our process.
